The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered. We are not responsible if a package is sent out to the wrong address entered by the customer. In the case of an undeliverable or returned package, return fees will apply. These fees are what the courier charges us.
Letter mail in Canada is untracked and uninsured.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
Processing and delivery times
Please note that ALL of the items in the shop are made to order at it might take up to 7 -14 working days for them to be ready for shipping depending on the number of orders at the time.
If you need your item to be shipped faster than my standard shipping time, please then purchase the RUSH MY ORDER add-on in our store (after purchasing this your item will be shipped whiting 48 hours, delivery time is NOT affected by this)

Canada 3-7 days / USA 7-14 days / Europe 7-21 days / Australia 12-21 days.

Non-delivery
Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the office, or requires re-equipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees. Only after the Seller gets the parcel back the Buyer can get the refund. The refund amount will be reduced by all the transport service, taxes commissions and fees.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes, we do offer free pick up at Strathroy.
Once your order is processed and ready for pick up we will send you an email with confirmation.

Shipping International
Please note before placing an order in the store! Residents of EU countries and UK, must pay tax upon receipt of the parcel! The tax is charged for parcels worth more than 25 euro. When sending, I include an invoice with the full value of the items! "Gift" is also taxable! All taxes are paid by the buyer! Thanks for understanding. Shipping overages will be refunded.
We ensure all packages unless insurance is not available for your destination Country. This is because insurance providers have assessed these countries as having a higher risk of loss or damage.
