Processing and delivery times
Processing time: Each mobile is handmade to order with great care. Please allow 7–14 working days for your item to be ready to ship. Processing time may vary slightly depending on the number of orders at the moment, but I always do my best to get your piece to you as soon as possible.
Standard delivery time - Canada 3-7 days / USA 7-14 days / Europe 7-21 days / Australia 12-21 days
Express delivery time
USA - 3-5 business days

Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes, we do offer free pick up at Strathroy.
Once your order is processed and ready for pick up we will send you an email with confirmation.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.
How will my order be packaged?
We take care to package orders so they arrive safely, without breakage or spillage.
Your order will arrive in materials made from recycled content.
How to install baby mobile?
Position it out of reach of your children.
Hang the mobile so it's at least 70 cm above the crib mattress, and adjust the height as your baby grows. Your baby shouldn't be able to reach it while standing, sitting, or lying down.
Secure it properly
Use a baby mobile hanger or drill a pilot hole into a joist in the ceiling and screw in a cup hook. You can use a stud finder to locate a joist, or knock on the ceiling for a short, firm sound.
Take it down when your baby can push up
Remove the mobile when your baby is around 4 to 5 months old and can push up on their hands and knees.
Care instructions
Mobiles are not washable but are easy to clean with a sticky roller.
If you have a heavy pollution, it is allowed hand washing of the certain toys carefully with a baby soap.
Don’t use washing machine!
What materials do you use for making mobile?
- Beech – for a mobile hoop,
- hypoallergenic American wool blend felt,
- boucle fabric
- 100 % wool felt balls from Nepal,
- hollowfiber -hypoallergenic toy filler,
- strong cotton thread for attaching toys to a hoop.

What Can I Do With Patterns by FluffyTailsbyMia?
You may not:
• Copy, resell, share, or distribute any part of these patterns
• Publish the patterns online or offline in any form
• Use them for commercial purposes (including sewing kits, workshops, or classes)
Each sewer must purchase their own pattern. Thank you for respecting the time and love that goes into creating each design.
Charitable use?
Exceptions may be made for charity projects — just reach out and check with me first!
Can I Sell Items Made with Your Sewing Patterns?
Yes, you may sell finished items made from FluffyTailsbyMia sewing patterns on a small scale.
However, all patterns, photos, and artwork by FluffyTailsbyMia are protected by copyright laws. If you plan to sell online or at craft shows, we kindly ask that you:
1. Let us know first — we love supporting fellow makers!
2. Give design credit in the first lines of your listing description or on product tags (if selling in person). Acceptable wording includes:
• “Based on a pattern by FluffyTailsbyMia”
• “Made from a FluffyTailsbyMia pattern”
